Once a payment is made for any AI Studdy Buddy subscription or service, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly or annual subscription payments
- AI credit top-ups
- Premium feature purchases
- Any other paid service on the platform
Reason for No-Refund Policy
AI Studdy Buddy provides instant access to AI-powered educational services. Since the service is delivered immediately upon payment and involves real-time AI processing costs, refunds are not feasible.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan
- No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period
- Your study data and progress will be preserved
Free Plan
AI Studdy Buddy offers a free plan with limited daily AI interactions (10 per day). You can use the free plan indefinitely without any payment.
Disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error or without authorization, please contact us immediately at aistuddybuddy3@gmail.com within 24 hours of the transaction. We will review the case and take appropriate action.
